Who we are

Christie Corporate is Australia’s largest private owner and manager of office buildings specifically converted into offices for lease, providing our clients with stability and security for their future business needs.

Christie Corporate’s trademark is the flexibility offered to our clients. As Christie Corporate own the whole building – not just a floor – our clients are able to move from one office to another, as well as from one floor to another, distinguishing itself from its competitors.

Our History

Over the past 18 years Christie Corporate has grown its business substantially and now operates in all 3 states on the Eastern Seaboard of Australia.

Christie Corporate offices evolved in 1985 with the conversion of a large industrial complex into the Alexandria Business Centre which was then developed into 65 individual offices.

This was just the beginning.

1988, 1989 and 1990 three (3) developments were undertaken in the North West area of Sydney at Castle Hill which resulted in 90 new offices being constructed.
1992 a further 30 offices were released in the South Western suburbs of Sydney as part of the first of what ultimately became 14 Christie Homemaker Centres throughout Australia.
1993 Christie Corporate purchased 100 Walker Street North Sydney, which was the former head office of IBM. This building now encompasses over 100 office suites over 13 levels.
1995 and 1997 acquisition and development of a further 88 offices was undertaken in the Hills District of Sydney.
1998 saw Christie Corporate move into the Brisbane market with the purchase of 320 Adelaide Street (previously the taxation office). This 11 level commercial building now accommodates over 180 offices, a fitness centre and Brisbane’s largest conference and training centre.
A year later in 1999 another acquisition was made in Brisbane of a 22 level building which has now been reconfigured into 40 offices.
Also in 1999 3 Spring Street Sydney, located in the heart of Sydney’s CBD financial and legal precinct, was acquired. This 15 level commercial building has been fully refurbished and converted into in excess of 100 offices over 7000 square metres.
2001 saw the presence of Christie Corporate expand in North Sydney with the purchase of 56 Berry Street. This 14 level building now accommodates over 120 offices.
A move into the Melbourne market took place in 2002 with the acquisition of 470 Collins Street comprising a total of 11000 square metres and which has since been refurbished in the distinctive furnishings and décor Christie Corporate is renowned for.
